Comment : NO REGARD FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. I scheduled this move for my elderly in laws and for the most part things went smoothly. Their sofa; however, was damaged by the movers. When I tried to get the sofa repaired through Eastern I was given the run around, and they did not actively help me find someone to repair it other than a person in PA. I was told by their furniture repair shop that they require the sofa be taken to them, this would have left my 80yr old+ in laws without one for the holidays. When I asked for options, Eastern had none to offer. On my own I found a repair shop that would make a house call and I sent the bill to Eastern for reimbursement. The total for the repair was 270. Eastern Moving sent me a check for 20 stating a 250 deductible. Considering I spent 2,365.00 on this move that was a real slap in the face! The customer service I received from Eastern Moving was a joke and I feel like my elderly in laws were clearly taken advantage of.

Comment : his is was least complicated move I have ever experienced thanks to the guys at Eastern Moving. They gave me a very reasonable quote compared to others in the area. They called me at 7:15 the day of my move and were there in 30 minutes, they got right to it and never stopped till I was completely moved. They were so caring to my furniture, always making sure everything was wrapped properly. They were also considerate to my young son who has special needs to make sure he was not anxious about his things being moved. Once we moved to our new house, they showed him the items again to make him less anxious. I was so thankful to have them move me during this COVID19 crisis! Thanks again Eastern Moving

Comment : Our Eastern Moving and Storage team of four movers, led by Tim Mabe, was fabulous beyond words. In addition to being incredibly professional and very nice, they arrived on time, jumped right in and got to work, handled everything with great care and did a fantastic job. When it came to unloading, they had a very organized system, and they put all of the furniture in its designated place, reassembled pieces that were disassembled for transport, and could not have been more courteous and professional. In addition to all of the moving related excellence, we were able to request a fully vaccinated team, who practiced very safe protocols during the move. Tim was amazing, and his crew was just great too. Would hire them again in a hot minute.
