Comment : AMAZING!!! We had such a great time and plan on making it a regular thing. My kids (age 4 and 6) enjoyed it so much that they keep asking to go back. The boat was very comfortable and seats six, so its a very intimate experience. Captain Nick was wonderful; super nice and friendly - really takes the time to get to know everyone and make sure everyone is happy. He is also extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.

Comment : I had an horrible experience with Flat world relocation. They initially quoted $2200.00 for my relocation from CA to WI for 300 cubic ft over the phone. Later there was only 200 cu ft items. Based on that Monica from Flat World promised to re-estimate and lower the quote. But when they submitted the final bill the $2505.00 which was more than initial quote. Also the carrier they appointed for relocation rolled my spring mattress and damaged my box spring. I reported this to Monica on arrival and she said she will file a claim for that. Later when I enquired about the claim, she acted in such a way that I haven't reported the incident to her. After numerous follow ups also they didn't respond to my nails or calls. Don't do business with these people even by mistake.

Comment : I had such an wonderful experience. Their were so many challenges along the way but David, Pata and Beso did a spectacular job. Such hard workers and so friendly and careful. Comment : My luggage was picked on 01/24/2015 from Woodland Hills, CA. I confirmed the destination delivery address on 01/27 to Phoenix, AZ. I got email on 01/31 saying my luggage will be delivered between 02/04 to 02/07. Woodland Hills to Phoenix is around 600-700 miles in spite of that I am waiting for my luggage for more than 2 weeks. Moreover the agency is still not ready to commit any date when it will be deliver. From last 4 days I am getting response like truck is failed due to mechanical failure. It got repaired and again failed due to mechanical failure. I got commitment saying there is 50% chances of delivery on Monday (02/09) or Tuesday (02/10). I am writing this review on 02/12 and still there is no delivery.
