Subject :poor service

Comment : Horrible communication throughout the move. When problems arise the owner just disappears or blames customer. Lazy, slow, and shady...run!!!! They did not pad anything. Minor damage to all pieces of furniture. When I brought it up to manager he said, " this is what I do not like about dissatisfied customers, they are always finding something." I called in the middle of the move to tell him that the hourly movers had taken three hours to load the truck (860 sq feet) and they needed help. He told me there was nothing he could do that they would be done in an an hour. I disagreed that they would make it back up three flights of stairs in an hour that took them two hours to go down and he stated that he would adjust the price if that were the case. It took them 2.5 hrs l, .5 of it being them carrying a mattress and chest. When I tried to call him after the move he did not answer. He did not answer the next five times I called him, until the next day. He has not addressed the damages. He told me that he would call after speaking with his men but never did he just cashed my check. Save yourself a ton of stress and go with reputable company.
