Comment : No problems with the job. We had more boxes than expected, though, and apparently this happens a lot. Unfortunately one of the movers was incredibly rude and assumed the customer should know that they charge by ITEM, regardless of what size the boxes are and whether they are ergonomic to carry or not. They also did not explain how they got to the final price, which was more than the quoted one, even though we had two people helping load and unload. They did the job visibly grudgingly and made us feel ever worse about the stressful experience of moving house.
