Comment : They were late. They also said they would get the estimate to me the same day and they did not. I tried emailing them back with questions about the estimate and additional costs - there were no responses to my repeated emails even though the estimator said email was the best way to contact him with questions.

Comment : Absolutely horrendous company. Complete lack of customer service. They will overcharge you when your moves over, their men will take 15 minutes smoke breaks every hour on the hour which you are paying for. They also would not bring power tools to disassemble any of your furniture. They bring little tiny hand ratchets that would come with an IKEA put together yourself type of furniture And when things get to your final destination and are broken, their claims process will take forever. And the absolute worst part of all this is that you can never get someone to email you back or call you back. Do not hire this company under any circumstances ever. Move yourself before you actually consider hiring them.
