Comment : Unfortunately, this company does not provide good cleaning services. They only use dish soap for cleaning. Do not wax or clean wood. Will not use my wood floor cleaner. When they clean my wood floor with soap and water, they lift up the rugs but do not let the wood floor dry. I have a Toto toilet. It has a special surface that requires a soft cleaner. I provide cleaner but they will not use it. I think the surface of my toilet is ruined. Sheets are not tucked in and put on sideways. No matter how many times I tell them, they tell me yes, but ignore my instructions. Whether they bring 2 or 4 people, they are only here for an hour. Speed is more important than quality. As usual, the first 2 or 3 cleanings were OK. Then new people were showing up. I am concerned that if I keep them, they will ruin some very expensive floors, furniture, and toilets. My wood furniture is drying out. If you do not have quality materials in your house and you want it cleaned like a hotel room, you should be fine.
