Comment : I had the rep come and take the inventory and not ever receiving my estimate, I called the Sales Rep (Phil) and he had not even heard from the person doing the inventory. When I finally received my estimate I got texts asking if we had decided yet. Then eight days later I called to say we wanted to go with Crown for our move I was asked why it took me so long to decide. The sales rep changed the dates of the move and I was told I had changed them. Bottom line Phil showed no professionalism, never followed up like he said he would, and decided that everything was my fault.
