Comment : BUYER BEWARE! Do not under any circumstances hire this mover. If you ignore this advice and hire them, do not pay with cash or credit card. They will use your credit card for other charges after you have paid in full and long after your move is complete. They will send checks to cover the erroneous charges, but the checks bounce. If you ignore any of this advice and hire them anyway, and purchase the 100% insurance coverage for damage to your property during the move, you must make a claim within 90 days after delivery. The mover will tell you that you have 6 months and will offer to send you a check for the damage to your property if it is a reasonable amount. The check never arrives, or if it does, there are insufficient funds in the movers bank account and you pay your bank the fee for the movers bounced check. The only way you know that the time limitation is 90 days is to go to the Illinois Commerce Commission website which informs you through a "Consumers Guide" that the time limitation is 90 days after delivery of the goods to file a dispute and you will pay an arbitration fee to settle the dispute with Moving Authority Household Goods Arbitration Program.
