Comment : Breathe of fresh air. These guys were awesome. Very respectful, professional and polite.They made my moving day so easy and stress free. This was a tri-state move and they knew exactly what to do without much direction. I am very happy with their service and would be happy to use them again. Highly recommended!!!

Comment : My family was pretty stressed about moving but Convenient Movers definitely relieved the stress. We were on a budget and no other mover but Convenient Movers was able to work with our budget. The manager was kind and very flexible. He even said he could wait on our check to cash it on my payday. Thank you very much David. Now about my experience. Before moving day, they called a few times to make sure they had all the necessary supplies. They made sure to understand exactly what we needed to pack our house. On moving day they arrived early with all packing material and went right to work. I was impressed because every member of the team know exactly what their job function was. Once everything was packed, the movers sent out loaders to complete the load in 3 hrs. Very fast and efficient guys. All our goods arrived in good condition. These are definitely top notch movers. I will be referring them to my cousin who will be moving in a few days. Thank you Convenient Movers.

Comment : Convenient Movers was amazing. Its been a while since I hired movers. From the first call to the last, the company was professional. I could not have been more pleased with the way the movers worked. Very efficient and timely. They used many moving blankets to protect all my glass and furniture. They even helped me pack an antique piece of deco. The driver said he had worked for Convenient Movers for 6 years. So I was confident that they knew what they were doing. The manager was polite and professional. Lastly but not the least, they had the BEST PRICE compared to the other quotes I got. I am a happy camper.

Comment : Great family owned local business with a professionalism. The movers showed up with a mask during this COVID-19 pandemic. They took the safety measures seriously. Entire moving process was very efficient. They were able to meet the target completing time originally quoted. Packing your boxes well prior to arrival is a key for a successful moving experience.

Comment : After scheduling a moving appointment a week in advance, and calling the day before to confirm, Convenient Movers did not show up for TWO days in a row. On the first day I called Convenient Movers after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, 5 pm. I called again after they were an hour late, and was promised they would be there soon. I called again after two hours, and was promised they would be there 3 hours after my appointment time at 8 pm. After another hour and a half, I called one last time a little before 9 pm when I was finally told the movers were "tired" (Convenient Movers claims to be a 24 hour moving company) and it would have to be the next day at 6 pm - the absolute last day I could move out of my house. I called them a total of 9 times that day - sometimes reaching a human, sometimes getting the machine. The next day, 6:30 rolled around so I gave them yet another call. The person on the other end seemed surprised no one was there and promised to give the movers

Comment : The movers arrived at my residence 2 hours late. The owner did not make clear that they do not accept out of state checks until 10 minutes before the appointment time, which should have been addressed at the point of acquiring their services. They do not handle your property with care. They dragged my couch on the floor after repeatedly telling them how to remove my couch out of the door. The truck broke down twice on the way to the destination which also caused them to be late to the arrival destination. Due to the lateness, when they finally arrived the storage facility was closed and the owner told me to accommodate their boarding and meals if I wanted my property to be placed because he needed the truck to do another job. They stacked boxes that were clearly noted fragile at the bottom causing the heavy boxes to crush my fragile items. My bed has deep scratches, my mattress were dirty from them dragging on the ground. By all means, avoid doing any business with this company.
