Comment : Very disappointed in this company. Moving service was acceptable, the movers themselves were friendly and quick. All items arrived safely, and while furniture was not put together and door hinges were not completely replaced those were easily fixable by myself, so not a big deal. What left a bad taste in my mouth was that the office had provided me with an estimate based on an hourly rate prior to scheduling my move, and verbally confirmed this with me. After the move was completed a new minimum charge that they do not include on their estimates or advertisements was placed on my invoice. This increased my cost by over 20%. If this had been mentioned prior to the move, I would have chosen another company. I would not trust them in the future.
