Comment : Overall, these guys did a pretty good job with most things. However, they messed up in a couple of different areas. First, they were misleading re: how careful and experienced they are in moving pianos. We would not recommend them for piano moving! There were many dings (it looked like the legs had all been dropped,) and the pedal system was bent. When we asked that they repair it, they simply wrote us a check for an amount reached from an equation they use for basic coverage. Also, in our cross-country move and after storing our furniture with them for 4 months, they somehow left 2 large sections of our couch and another chair back in the warehouse. They were several days late with the first delivery and it was another 3 week wait to get the missing pieces.

Comment : Colen packed my house in Ft. Wayne and stored the contents for 3 years. Then they delivered to Indianapolis and did the unpack. I had zero damage including antique furniture, paintings, and other art work. Fragile things were crated or packed very careful. The crews were fast, neat, and professional. The inventory list ran to about 350 items and boxes - every single thing was accounted for. The office staff went out of their way to keep in contact and make sure the entire experience was a positive. Just a great company to work with. I would certainly recommend them!
