Subject :customer service was of no help at all

Comment : We contracted with Christian Brothers Moving to move our household goods and we did not receive acceptable service. They stated that we would have two of their moving trucks available for our move and their packing crew confirmed this would be the case after they packed our belongings. On our move day they only provided one truck which dramatically extended the time period for our move and resulted in additional costs to us. Christian Brothers responded stating that during our telephone interview reviewing our household items that we did not make them aware of the extent of the contents of our home which is not accurate. In addition, their packing crew packed all of our goods and they were very well aware of the size and scope of our items requiring movement. In addition, our treadmill was functioning without any flaws prior to the move. Christian Brothers needed to disassemble the treadmill in order to move it from our old home to our new home. Upon delivery and reassembly of our treadmill it did not nor has it ever functioned at all after the move. The moving crew acted as if this was not an issue as they were very intent on leaving for the day. I reached out to Christian Brothers about these items and they asked for photos and information which I provided. Christian Brothers has disavowed themselves from any responsibility for these two situations which is unprofessional of them. I would highly recommend that prior to considering or hiring Christian Brothers for a move that you choose a different more professional, responsible, and reputable firm.
