Comment : I just had an unbelievably bad experience at Chest Moving and Storage. I have never written a Yelp review in my life but I feel like I need to do so now, as a kind of public service. The gist I drove a U Haul cargo van 8.6 miles and the person at the desk, Lori, tried to charge me for 45 miles. She became increasingly loud and rude at one point she brought my partner to tears. I have never had a customer experience this terrible in my forty plus years. I called my credit card company afterward to explain the situation and to get a new card I was not comfortable with the idea of this store manager having my card information. Thats how awful the whole experience was. Please avoid Chest Moving and Storage, at all costs.
