Comment : My things shipped out 08/13, stuck in Custom's and now in a L.A. Warehouse. Phoned, but no answer's as to when they'll ship to Henderson. I have my apartment, been having to buy things again and again as MY THING'S HAVEN'T ARRIVED YET! My Sister and a Friend are due in on the 20th. Don't even have a bed for myself here. Bought another air mattress, shipped two as I couldn't ship anything in my Vechicle at all! This is day 32, going to be 33 tomorrow of course... In Hawaii they were in such a rush to deliver. How long do I have to wait before I can file a claim against these people... Hurry Up and Wait! 2nd time I used this company in the past 2 year's (priced out of Paradise). Should I recommend them to anyone else... Have to wonder if I'll ever see my things again. This is so Frustrating!

Comment : By the way, I had Cardinal deliver to a storage shed, so I did not unpack everything for a while. I have discovered that many of my paintings are missing. If you want things stolen and broken go to this company. Damn, I keep realizing more and more of my stuff is missing and this is two years later. Among them are photos of my mother and grandmother now deceased. Also gone is a photo of my son and I when he graduated from high school. These may not be so important to other people, but they are not replaceable. Cardinal Moving Systems, you are the pits.

Comment : Worst movers ever. They shipped my car door to door from Honolulu to California. Oh wait they screwed up and left the car in los angeles. FOR ONE MONTH while I accrue a daily fine (for OVER ONE MONTH). Now I'm expected to reschedule work so that I can rent a car, drive it more than 5 hours south to LA to pick up my car, pay a $500 fine and drive my vehicle back home. The agent said that to recover ANY money I'll have to sue them. They won't give names over the phone making a lawsuit more difficult. Research reveals LIOR OREN as the owner and RYAN ALEXANDER as the agent who dropped the ball entirely on this move resulting in a near $800 loss and countless hours of stress and frustration. Ryan continuously answers the phone "Brian" to ensure that he remains elusive.
