Collegiate moving can be a nightmare. Let's be honest; your two options of asking parents to come in town or begging friends to help aren't that great, and typically end in a meltdown. After four years of being those 'friends', we launched Campus Bellhops at our Alma Mater. Don't ask us why it took us so long. In the past two years, we've expanded to 50 college cities. Our model is pretty simple: find great college guys and train them to be behemoths of customer service. Kennedy wanted a man on the moon, all we want are Bellhops in every college town in the country.

Comment : We ended up moving up the closing date for our new home and the moving company we initially wanted to hire was not able to help on the new date. In a desperate search 2 weeks before the move, I found Bellhops. They were incredibly easy to work with, and customer service was very prompt with changes. On the day of the move we had a major thunderstorm, and our movers changed their schedule on the spot so our furniture did not get wet. They were very professional, nice guys, and lifted some very heavy/awkward furniture for us. We got everything I needed done (including move out and move in) in 4 hours, as originally allocated. To boot, this ended up being about 1/3 the cost of what other movers estimated. Of course I had to provide my own truck, which I was able to do, but even that added cost was a drop in the bucket. I would without question use this service again.
