Comment : I used this company to ship my mid sized SUV from Los Angeles to Virginia. Here are some of my thoughts experiences The staff can be difficult to reach by phone. Seems like they do not have regular hours. I only got voice mail when I tried to contact the dispatch department. No call back when I left messages. Eventually I got the number for the company they booked to do the actual transport. They at least answered the phone. My car was over a week late arriving. Every time I called to find out what was going on the answer was its coming tomorrow. The driver will call you tonight. He never called, but did eventually bring my car. I would not recommend this company.
