Comment : I was going through a divorce and needed to become separated from my wife as fast as possible. I used Blueline Van Lines to help me store my belongings while I transitioned out of my home. They showed up exactly when they said they would. The price matched the quote they gave me over the phone which was very reasonable. They were very careful with my furniture. They moved everything very quickly without a scratch. I will definitely use them again for any future moves.

Comment : Me and my family had a great move with these movers! We moved from New York to Portland and we really had a nice and easy move. My husband firstly wanted to ask his two brothers for help, but I thought it would not be a good idea! The movers arrived on time, worked quickly, and were very polite. No items where missing or damaged during the move. Our two little girls have so many toys, dolls, lego pieces but nothing was missing, nothing got broken! If you ask me about the price, I can just tell you - it was GREAT! They gave us the lowest price when I compared to other moving companies! I would definitely recommend Blue Line Van Lines to anyone needs good and reliable movers.

Comment : I hired Blueline Vanlines to move my family from IL to FL in July. These are facts regarding my experience: (1) Blueline will not perform an in-home estimate; they will conduct a "over-the-phone inventory" which estimates the cubic feet of your inventory. You will be charged by cubic feet. You will get a great rate for your estimated inventory. You will be charged 150% of this rate for any "extra" inventory. In my case, the estimate was less than half my total cubic feet, resulting in charges nearly 3x the original quote. (2) the sales rep (randy@bluelinevanlines.c) agreed to my pick-up and delivery dates. Movers arrived a day and a half after the agreed pick-up date; delivery (still waiting) is now over 2 weeks after the agreed delivery date. (3) Despite regular calls and voicemails regarding the status of my items and delivery date, I receive no return calls. When the 1 time in 7 I actually reach a customer rep, I get stories, excuses, and promises that don't happen. The following are my opinions/conclusions: (1) the quoting process is designed to lowball the customer, get the job, then extort money once they have control of your possessions. (2) they will say anything to get the business, but the customer needs are completely irrelevant to them. At best, there is a major disconnect between their operations and customer service functions. (3) the "Binding Quote", a.k.a contract, is so loaded with fine print, exceptions, and estimations that the customer is the o

Comment : I used Blue Line Van Lines to move from New York to Bloomington and I can just praise them all!They were exceptional. Arrived to pick up the goods on time and stored it in their storage facility for almost a month without any extra charge (until I found a place in Indiana). Once I had found a home and gave them a date to deliver my belongings and they did it in several days. I was really impressed. Nothing got damaged or broken. My belongings arrived at my new home the earliest date that I had requested. Reasonable pricing too, maybe the lowest of all other. I would totally recommend this company to everyone!

Comment : I have used Blue Line Van Lines for the first time to move from New York to Dublin and it was awesome!. I will never go with another company. Their quotes came quickly, and they were spot on. They arrived on time. Each of their movers are worth 2 of any other companies. Three guys got an entire house unloaded in an hour. They had no problem disassembling and reassembling some complicated pieces of furniture. Best of all is their easy attitude. Really great company. No extra charges, no hidden costs! Comment : Working with Blue Line Van Lines was an amazing experience. I would definitely use them again. They were low cost, provided an honest estimate and everything was moved without a scratch. Also, pick up and delivery were on time. I moved from the New York to Maine, first time to change the state and got a great experience. They even had a yelp deal and encouraged me to use it. Comment : They were the nicest guys. They were fast, careful, and so thorough. Never once did I have to worry about my things being broken, stolen or mistreated. They followed my every instruction, and were very considerate. Please and thank you's all the way! Setting things up with Lena was a breeze, as well. She was on it, and followed up with me via email and phone so I didn't have to worry.I would highly recommend getting the Yelp deal and taking advantage of this professional crew. You can get a discount and save some money in your pocket. That`s how they treated me. They moved me from New York to Springfield and the move was absolutely painless! Absolutely recommended!

Comment : Blue Line Van Lines made my move so easy last month when I moved from New York to Chicago. Lena was always pleasant and very helpful. She even called me after the delivery was made to make sure everything had gone well. Great and hardworking group of people. I dealt with Sam, Ricardo and Antonio, all of the three were very dedicated to the job. I asked them especially to be aware of my jewelry and they did so. Comment : We moved this past weekend and had the most amazing experience. I dreaded moving because my husband and I have only had very bad experiences. But the past weekend was total different. Antonio, Fernando, and Rocco were fantastic! They showed up on time and they worked hard and efficiently. We moved from a 3 story house to a 2 story house (New York- Boston). They didn't complain once about getting the furniture out and we have so much furniture. That was rather difficult. They were so nice and friendly, and as I said before they worked consistently. I would highly recommend them for your next move. Also, Lena in the office was great. We communicated over email. She was prompt and very informative. I totally got a great experience with these guys! HIRE them, they are great!

Comment : I really enjoyed working with this company. They really impressed me. Richard, Luke and Juan came on time and started working immediately. These guys are really hard working,. Not only did they show up on time, but they had nice and tidy uniforms. They were nice, friendly and enthusiastic. I must say that I did not expect that. At first, I thought that moving would be a stressful process, but I had no stress with these guys. Their salesman John told me everything I was supposed to know from the very beginning, so I knew what to expect and the quote was more than good. My overall impression is excellent! Comment : What can I tell you! I was absolutely impressed! These guys did a great job! When I talked to John, their salesman, he went thoroughly through everything in a great detail. I booked my time frame with him, and on the moving day, three guys came right on time to my place and packed my belongings. I liked the way they did it. They were fast but nothing got damaged or broken. I was really happy I had chose them. I could see how professional they were. The movers were nice, efficient and friendly.The quote was precise and I did not have to pay anything extra after the move. This is hard to find these days. Comment : Awesome workers! I have not moved in a long time, and was not looking forward to packing and loading my things but I had to do so since I moved from Alden to Dover. So after looking on net, I decided to call Blue Line Van Lines because the reviews they have received are very good. And these guys were great! Samantha did great with scheduling, confirming, and following up after the move. John, Antonio and Ricardo were awesome! They took care of my stuff, wrapped it, packed like champs, and were careful when loading all my belongings into their truck. Samantha gave me a precise quote and after the move, I had no extra charges. I really made a great deal with these guys. Thanks a lot Blue Line Van Lines! Comment : I have moved many times, and for my last three moves I used Blue Line Van Lines. I continue to use them because they provide outstanding move service. The crew is always on time, and works hard and fast! I have never had any problems with these guys. My most recent move was a two-bedroom house, transporting from Ballston to Warcester. The price was more than reasonable. Nothing got scratched or damaged.I loved working with them. John and his crew were fantastic and I would recommend these movers for anyone!

Comment : Great service! Everything was like a dream. Moving is never fun, but my move was like a breeze. Very smooth and fast. I have moved several times over the years and have had both good and bad movers. George and his crew were on the top of the scale - maximum you can get. Fast, careful, efficient and courteous are just some of the words that describe the work of this great group of guys. They were also very efficient and professional, wearing tidy uniforms. I was extremely happy to find every piece of furniture, including antiques, made it to my new home without a scratch and my move was from New York to Franklin. Nothing got damaged or lost! I highly recommend this company. Ask for George! He can pack a great amount of household items in a truck without making a single scratch. You will like it for sure!

Comment : Great moving team made our move from New York City to Trenton smooth and easy. Moving is never really easy but George and his team (Jim and Ricardo) worked hard and explained the whole process to us prior to starting the move. Lena, a wonderful girl, who took our order and coordinated our move was also very helpful. The guys were hard-working, efficient, professional and thorough. We were told by Lena to vocalize our needs and concerns before and during the move to minimize any miscommunication. That was helpful because we really needed a lot of help on this move! We asked the guys to pack up pretty much everything! (including kitchen furniture and they did everything!) To be honest, I cannot tell you how helpful this was! We were referred to Blue Line Van Lines company by our neighbors, Jack and Anetta, and would use them again and refer them without hesitation. Great price and great service!

Comment : These guys were pretty good, they showed up on time. I was given a 1-hour window, they showed up within the first 15 minutes of the window. When I made the appointment, I was told that the shrink wrap would be included free of charge, and when the guys came to move things, it was exactly how their salesman told me, there was no extra charge for that! Upon explaining the deal, he was pretty good, patient and knowledgeable.They were really quick, the packing and loading together took about 2 hours, and the cost was pretty good for the move. Like all movers I got the quote from, these people disassembled and reassembled the furniture. It was a rainy day when I moved, and the guys took good care of putting down blankets outside the door, and runners inside the house. They kept everything clean and safe. I would like to recommend Blue Line Van Lines to anyone needing to move!
