Comment : I have moved already two times using Big Star Moving and they have both been completed with exceptional service from Big Star Moving and his team. His team works fast and safely. No damage to any of my belongings and work fast to make sure that they are done within the initial time frame that was set up. I also recommended a couple of my friends to Sergio and they both had the same experience as me. Nothing shy of great service! Might be moving again to a different part of Florida and will definitely use them!

Comment : We have done more than our share of moves during our 22 years together. While most of them were problematic, this was DEFINITELY not the case with Big Star Moving. We have used them on multiple occasions and have been thrilled each and every time. The price we were quoted was exactly what it cost. The quality and care were both amazing. Sergio is a pleasure to work with and I can not say enough positive things about both Sergio and his company.

Comment : From the first call to inquire about costs and logistics to final delivery the customer service from all aspects of the company was amazing!! The receptionist in the office was very helpful and the movers who came were very friendly and polite and worked extremely fast!! They finished under the scheduled time that was quoted and I was afraid they would not get done on time. Highly recommended

Comment : After the good experience with Big Star Moving in December 2012, we decided to use them again January, 30, 2013 to move my mother in with us. We wanted the same team, but didn't get them. No matter, this time they took the same good care of us and our furniture as the first team did. Mother's furniture is very old and brittle and each piece was delivered in perfect shape and with care. Two good moves and two GREAT experiences. From the stacks of boxes, I hope we never have to move again for a long time, but if we do, Big Star Moving will be the one to do it. Great West Palm Beach moving company, great people and great service. I've heard of horror stories from friends of their moves, but ours was as easy and happy as a move could be. I haven't mentioned the price and should. Both moves were less than I thought they would be.

Comment : One word to describe these guys WOWWWW Now I only leave reviews if the product and service was remarkable or terrible.If you have ever used movers before you probably know how difficult it can be to find ones that are good, honest, and affordably priced. Well now you found it They are upfront and direct with the service offered and pricing. No surprises. No holding your stuff hostage on the truck while they make you pay an inflated price. No "extra" fees that were hidden in the mountain of paperwork you signed. In fact you sign 1 page with very clear and simple terms. The same price and terms discussed on the phone. And pay once everything is all done. They were quick and careful. Moved couches, large furniture, dishes, mirrors, tvs, etc. and NOT ONE THING WAS DAMAGED. I wouldnot call anybody else if I moved again. There is nothing else you could ask for.

Comment : They did an Exceptional job. Nothing was damaged at all. They were pleasant and extremely efficient with organizing. Great team. They did exactly what was expected when movers are hired.
