Comment : We used Bert Hill 21 years ago to move into our house in Southwick. They were fast and professional. When we sold our house and moved to NH I called Bert Hill to do our move. They sent Kyle over to do the estimate about a month and a half before our move and then a week before to fine tune the quote, since we had already moved or sold some of our furniture. The guys showed up promptly at 9am and were on their way to NH by 3pm. They never even stopped for lunch. They met us in NH at 9 am the next day and were done by 1pm. The guys were very friendly and accommodating. The final invoice was 20% LESS than the estimate because we did a majority of the packing and were ready for our move. I do not understand people who give bad reviews because of their own actions or lack thereof. Do they really think the movers are going to pack your stuff for free? They tell you from the beginning to buy your own boxes and pack your stuff to save money. When you hire someone to do a job, your actions have a direct result on your cost. Shame on people for taking their own deficiencies and blaming it on a business.
