Comment : It is a delight to watch true professionals doing their job. Such was my delight when I watched the guys from BMA Movers pack and move things to my new house. After searching for a good company for a long time, I finally decided to hire them because of the good feedback from their majority clients. Then after the first meeting with their manager, I was impressed with their attitude and also their quote for the service. So I hired them. Then on the actual moving day they came right on time and started their job. They made the job seem surprisingly easy. Comment : I hardly relocate but day before yesterday I had to relocate for a very good reason. Recently I bought a house and we just shifted there. Looking at our belongings, we decided to use professional movers. So, I collected numbers of few companies and called for a quote. We received the best price from them and hired them for the move. They knew what they have to do and they did manage to move all those fragile and sensitive items without damaging anything. Comment : Moving an office is full of unwanted problems. In my opinion this is an unproductive but problematic job. However, I had to change my small office for better reasons. Day before yesterday I moved my office in a new location. That is why I used BMA Movers. But surprisingly this time I did not feel the heat of the move. Movers were too good. They have organized everything very professionally. They were capable of handling any kind of problems. They were ready to take on new challenges and they had the zeal to perform. Comment : Our basement door was leaking water at the frame during substantial rain storms. We went with BMA to repair it after getting a few estimates. Byron is very professional and responsive. He cares about the quality of BMAs work and they perform it at a reasonable price. They worked through the possible culprits for the leak and guaranteed their work would solve the issue. Comment : I scheduled two moves with this company and my uncle is 70 years old and they left him and did not move all of his things. They broke alot of his items and I contacted customer service for a (partial) refund since they did not finish the job and they told me to print out a coupon online for $60 towards my next move. What the heck is this world coming to. Rotten companies and companies that do not stand by what they say. You pay for a service you better believe the company needs to finish the job. They hired a guy who told my uncle he would be back with his personal vehicle to move the few things left so he can make an extra couple of dollars not on the company time. He asked him for $150 to move the rest and he would be back in a few hours, which he never showed. I had to go out at 11pm, rent a truck and help my uncle move out because I gave this company to him as a referral. WARNING TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB OR DO IT RIGHT.......................
