Comment : Run! This organization cannot even schedule a move professionally. They cannot comprehend that buildings have freight elevators that operate during various windows. They tell you when you are scheduling a move, "Be sure to have extra cash on hand the day of the move." Further they refuse to accept credit card payments which is contrary to policy on their website. I spoke with a "gentleman" who shouted at me and refused to give his name. He told me that I could not pay my credit card and that I must pay by cash or he would cancel my move. Then this firm refused to repay my deposit,which I had to dispute with my credit card company. The reviews for this place speak for themselves. They refuse to accept credit card payments to extort people out of money. Run!
