Comment : Best movers I have worked with ever! They were friendly, patient, accommodating, and meticulous. I got a couple lower quotes prior to getting theirs, but I have moved enough times to know that those movers were lowballing me to get my business. One claimed my move was a one-day move! Bull! If I had gone with them, they would have been lobbing my stuff into the truck. It was a four-day move, and Ace had to work their asses off to do that. It was a massive move! Anyway, I have rambled long enough. The takeaway here is that you get what you pay for with movers. Believe me! And Ace provides great value for your money even if they are not the cheapest quote you get. Yay Ace!

Comment : After reading reviews (and complaints) from all the other moving companies in our area I was a total wreck about moving until a friend recommended Ace. We moved from Durham to Wallingford and we were moving the contents of a 4,000 sq. foot house into a house about 1/2 the size. I was worried about a lot of my treasured heirlooms handed down from grandparents, along with other household items. From the original walk through and estimate with Tom in the office, to the final move this company is TOP NOTCH! They were professional, courteous, friendly and fast working. They cared for our things as if they were their own; even took the time to re-wrap and/or box glass items to ensure they would be secure. They labeled anything they touched so I would know what it was. All requests were treated as priority; they truly kept saying "whatever you want". Knowing that both my husband and I have back issues, they were quick to tell me not to try to lift. All I heard was "Do not do it...I willl get that!". They also had to store the items for 2 nights because the closing on the new house was delayed. I was not worried at all about my belongings as I knew they would be secured. There were no last minute charges or true up items. The estimate was spot on. If you use them, ask for the crew of Clint, Mike, Jeremy & Wayne - those guys are THE BEST. In fact, they were so good on the move out, that I immediately called the office and requested them for the move in. This is crazy to say, but they felt like family, whom better to work with?Do not hesitate to call them - they are really the A team!
