Comment : They were very punctual and real professionals to keep all their commitments. I was really happy to see the movers arriving on time and they also completed the move within the schedule. Comment : The men arrived a few minutes early which was so helpful. They promptly began moving furniture and even loaded up additional stuff we didn't talk about on the phone during the quote. Once we got to the new place and everything was unloaded .They were very helpful and kind! I would definitely use this company again!

Comment : Please be careful with this company. Ask if they are insured and licensed. The person that answered the phone avoided answering my question. He was rude and disconnected the line. Its too many businesses with better customer service out here that cares even more about the customer needs. I also saw a note where they tried to take money out of a past customers account. I am so glad I researched first. Be careful and do your homework with this company. Really, all companies should protect your items with the proper insurance. Please confirm. Comment : I can't give them a star because they really don't care about your property. We used them to move from Webster to Houston and it took four hours for the truck to arrive. We were told by the owner the truck had broken down enroute, but the guys on the second truck said that the first truck was involved in an accident on I-10. One of the guys on the second truck was holding one of our 55" TV's hostage for a check halfway into the unloading of the truck. We later found out why. It seems that our entertainment center, new Headboard, and a few other things were destroyed in the wreck when the load shifted inside the truck. There website states they are fully insured and don't worry about your things. Now we can't even get the owner to do anything about our damages. He just keeps putting us off and still denies the truck was in an accident. It has been over a month since the move and when I talked to him last he hung up on me. Be very careful choosing who moves your precious belongings.

Comment : I have used this storage facility for several years as I have moved residences during this period. The manager, Erica, has made the experience easy to navigate. She takes a personal interest in the tenants and is always available to help. The buildings are very clean, secure,well lighted and easy to access. I highly recommend this business if storage is something you will need in the future.

Comment : A1Discount Movers is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. The packing crew came with none of the packing materials that they were supposed to bring. The lead worker could not speak English and his helper could speak English but it was his first day working for this company. So I ended up packing it all myself. The next morning a sub contractor came about 2 hours late and came up to look at the items to be moved and his helper started slamming drawers into my dresser treating my property like it was junk, I said something to them about it and they both quit and walked away, luckily they had not moved anything yet so that was a relief. If I was reading this review, I would steer clear of these losers.
