Comment : We used A Better Way to move our elderly mother. The service was outstanding and the price was reasonable. They were prompt, did everything they said they would and went out of their way to ensure she was moved timely. They were extremely polite, friendly, efficient and did a fantastic job helping her settle her items in her new home. We greatly appreciate everything that they did. We would highly recommend this service.

Comment : I have hired A Better Way Moving and Storage three times now. I have had a positive experience each time! The first two times I hired them to move a single large object — a piano, then a large capacity refrigerator. Both were handled expertly with care to ensure my floors and doorways did not suffer any damage. Because of my past experiences, I decided to hire them to help move my daughter into her apartment at IU and move a treadmill from our garage into our basement. Best money I have ever spent! Cain and Randy from A Better Way did a great job moving all the big furniture efficiently, despite having to navigate stairs and tight spaces without damaging the furniture or the walls/floors. Plus, they were really nice guys. I would certainly hire them again!

Comment : We had a terrific experience with Better Way Moving in Bloomington, Indiana. The movers were prompt, polite and professional. They were responsive to our needs and wasted no time getting our rental truck loaded. While there was a minor glitch with the billing, the issue was resolved quickly and easily over the phone. Overall, the rates were reasonable. The truck was packed perfectly, and everything arrived in the condition it was in when it went on the truck—no shifting and no breakage. We highly recommend Better Way Moving.
