Comment : I read good reviews for this company...I have only written 1 other review in my life and this one is much needed. Alfonzo was VERY prompt in responded via email up until the move when I then he didn't ask any important questions like what time do you want to move, what's the address, etc.. I had to initiate that. So let's start out by my move being at 8:30. You know when you move, it is often working around other things going on as mine was. Someone called around 9ish saying they had to stop and get more supplies...(I figured that would have already been taken care of). She said about 20 minutes she would be there. After multiple emails to Alfonzo by my husband, which at one point later he told my husband they had to get more supplies (I guess he didn't realize someone already told me that an hour before), they arrived at 10:30. I will say they wrapped furniture and pictures but after we were moved in I found a noticeable nick on a mint condition expensive entertainment center, chunk of wood off my deceased MIL antique, several nicks on another wood piece. They also put a bush trimmer with blades next to my entertainment center in garage and the leg was all scratched. Boxes that were labeled put in the wrong place...and I do admit I did not have them all labeled but many of the ones I did were not put up. To top it all off the actual movers said they new NOTHING about this move until 9:00 am of the moving day AND they had to drive from springdale...So "getting supplies" was a lie. My husband works with public and told Alfonzo if his company messes up they try and fix it...and at that point when they were two hours late he asked for a discount. Needless to say, there were not responses from Alfonzo when that was brought up....Totally disgusted with the whole move. Moving is stressful enough and all of this...made it 10x worse.

Comment : I had to move to another house with a lot of valuables and I was very worried about these things and I had to think about how I would move to the other house with those things? My friend was with me and told me to go to me The best and that's Real Movers ! And I did not know the truth, but then discovered that it is a company full of appreciation and concern for the things and men appreciate the price of those things and so were kept strong and careful And Kano deal with the narrow places with intelligence and appreciation Thanks Real Movers for this wonderful work So we highly recommend them to those who need the highest quality transport service .

Comment : The move went without a hitch. Arrived on time, handled everything carefully with no damage to either furniture or houses. Their guys were amazingly strong, able to carry heavy dressers with filled drawers. Did not need to empty drawers on most things. Pricing was definitely reasonable. I am moving again in a couple months and won not hesitate to use them again.
