Comment : If things are crumbling around your move and you have nowhere to turn, call 1st National Movers. My original moving company cancelled three hours after my scheduled move out and Natalie, at 1st National Movers, not only accommodated a same day, last minute, move (on a Sunday), but was one of the friendliest, most professional customer service representatives I have ever encountered. She is a total problem-solver, a top-notch communicator and constantly one step ahead. In the middle of a storm, she is a life raft in a sea of bad luck. The movers were also great. Arrived on time, worked really hard and didn't try to milk the clock. The price was very reasonable. The whole team of guys was all very nice and I highly recommend them!

Comment : A little “thank you” or a good review won’t be enough for 1st National Movers after what they did for us. We called them at the last minute when the other mover decided not to show up. They moved us from Nevada to Texas safely and on time. These guys did a superb job for us. They have managed all the delicate and fragile items effortlessly, the piano and the even the pool table was moved without any dent or any mishaps and their price was better than the other company. I am surely going to recommend you to everyone I know.

Comment : Before we bought our home, we moved a lot. We've lived in everything from rental homes, townhouses and apartments so we're pretty much pros at packing and going through the whole moving process. We have used many moving companies and 1st National Movers is by far the best. The guys that moved us were quick, professional and reliable. They were punctual and didn't waste our time, which we've experienced with most of the companies that we've had before. I am happy to leave a review for these guys, I hope there was more professional companies who would deliver what they promise.

Comment : I seldom write reviews, either the service has to be worst or excellent for me to go online. They say people hire movers only to end up being disappointed. Some movers do not possess the right skills. Others are just there for the money and care less about their client’s belongings and others are just disrespectful. I, however, experienced none of these troubles during my moving experience with 1st National movers. In fact, these movers showed total respect to me and my belongings. They respected my time and showed up on time on both ends. With the great skills of their employees plus the quality of their work, I can proudly say that I got a service that was good value for my money.

Comment : 1st National Movers provided me with a wonderful crew of four movers who relocated our belongings from Nevada to Dallas, TX. They told me when they were going to be there and were there and at delivery too. And if I had a question it was answered. I had no damages which was amazing to me. And when the move was happening the guys kept asking me if they were doing what I wanted and whatever I asked they did, unlike my past which was they would do it their way. So basically 1st National Movers proved their metal and it was an excellent experience to work with them. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again if ever needed.

Comment : 1st National movers is the best if you are running out of time like I did. I had to move from Michigan to Maryland because of some urgency and they were my last hope and I got moved in just five days and got a decent price and even though I was ready to pay more, they didn’t take advantage of my desperation. To compare them with other companies I would say that 1st National movers actually know what they are doing and are doing it in twice as shorter time. It was well done beyond my expectations. If I would have to move again, I would definitely call them again.

Comment : 1st National Movers were absolutely fantastic. My movers were friendly and informative when I was asking about their services. This company offered me the best price and I was sure I chose the best. They confirmed my reservation two days before my move and made sure I had everything I needed for packing. On the moving day, their team showed up with friendly and smiling faces and started wrapping and packing everything. They were timely, friendly, and enthusiastic. They completed their job without anything being damaged or broken. I was very satisfied with the service, they even placed my things where I requested. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. And when I move again I will know whom to call.

Comment : Steer clear of these guys. They are not who they say they are. Started the process on 1/28/21 and our delivery just arrived on 4/5/21. No one and I mean no one could tell me where our load was, basically it got lost. Furniture arrived and now molded! Nightmare beyond words.

Comment : 1st National Movers was very easy to communicate with. They took the pressure out of my move. They were very caring. The guys wrapped my items with care. We had to use their storage for a week which is climate controlled store so we didn't end up with wet or damp items. They delivered all my belongings from the storage within the timeline and undamaged. I have actually nothing but compliments for their staffs. They are highly recommended.

Comment : The team that assisted us with our move were very professional and helpful. I got an approximate schedule for their arrival and then they phoned ahead to inform us exactly when they would show up. Once the guys arrived, they were extremely alert with our delicate possessions and they moved the consignment quite quickly. They know the value of team work. Comment : I called 1st National Movers to move my stuffs from Nevada to Indiana. Working in IT I have to move allot. My new employer told me to call them. Very good service and my things arrived in a good time frame. They were not the cheapest but in the budget my employer allowed. Out of the 4 recent moves I have done, I would say 1st National was the best company. I am telling my HR department to start referring them for all of our moves. Comment : Short and to the point... I hired 1st National Movers because of Josh the manager! He is so attentive and polite. I admire the fact that he broke down the whole process of the relocation no one did that they were just trying to bad mouth everyone else and he did not, he just spoke about his company and what they offered. Just loved that. I had a great move from pick up in Nevada to delivery in Miami, Florida. All my items are still in the same condition and their crew delivered as scheduled.
