Comment : I have used this company on more than one occasion. I have to say they are very reliable. The only time the have ever given me an issue was this time a man jumped from a window n lower Manhattan. This caused two of their trucks to be held within police caution tape. This was something thats out of anyone's hands. People think if everything in the world doesnt go perfect that its automatically someones fault. These guys are honest hard working and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the same thing can not always be said for everyone. GRADE A. PS if a person can not even put their name on here its probably because they are ashamed of themselves.

Comment : When I moved from Boston to Hyde Park, TLC saved me from all the hassle that I would have had to go thru. Florin was not only very responsive, but he booked me very last minute, his prices are affordable and his customer service is great! He came right when he said he will and his team was very professional. All my expensive furniture was handled with care thru the entire moving process , and thanks to these guys- all the stress was taken off my shoulders. Thank you again for all the hard work, I would not consider to call anyone else when the time to move again will come! 5 stars all the way!

Comment : I give this company the award of Movers from Hell. But let me break up my experience with them: 1. Sales: The sales guy was Justin. He was extremely nice on the phone and followed up with me to get the booking done. 2. Insurance: Once the sale was done, I had to follow up with Justin nearly 5 times to get him to send the insurance letter to the management company of the building I was moving into. 3. Now the bad news: The move was scheduled for 1 PM (with my repeated insistence to make it at 1 PM since the building I moved into has a rule of moving before 5 PM). The crew turned up at 6:30 PM. 4. But the really bad news: Justin at the sales office never updated me on the status. I had to call him (and his supervisor Asef) up every 30 minutes to get status. He also kept telling me that the truck would be there shortly and it turned up 5.5 hours later. (Some of the crew guys told me that they were really busy and indicated that the company may have overbooked).

Comment : TLC Moving did an exceptional job moving our household from Massachusetts to Georgia. Florin was helpful and always in contact with us leading up to the move and always showed up on time. The team was courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any move big or small
