(EZ Moving / Moving and Storage) began in early 1994, our locally owned business and its owners have lived here in the Detroit area all their lives and grew up and reside here today. Through out our life-long association and dedication to the Metro Detroit city and its surrounding suburban areas, our local moving company has grown into the capacity to identify and perform those moving and storage services that are so special to our community and its needs. We ask you to ask your friends, your realtor, your collegues or our competition if theyve heard of us. Theres a very good chance they have; we may have moved them or their customers sometime before. You may have seen our moving trucks in your area or quite possibly one of our climate controlled storage facilities like the one located on Groesbeck Highway (see picture above). We are a well-managed, highly disciplined company that has strived for and attained that type of reputation that is continually recommended within our industry. It has been our dream over the years to be a high quality moving company that is totally focused on complete customer satisfaction when our family owned and operated moving company performs local long distance and worldwide relocations whether it is residential / corporate office / goverment / and military here in Michigan. Comment : I will be honest I had a bad experience with EZ last year. They basically did not show up for the moving appointment and we had to reschedule until the next business day. However they did heavily discount our move and offered an extra mover for help. With that said we decided to go with them again this fall. They were AMAZING. The company completely redeemed themselves and a little extra. We had items at 5 different locations and they moved me in a fair time frame and price. I worked with Rob at the Fraser location and he made everything a breeze. They did right by my family and we are grateful for it!

Comment : prompt, professional, treated my belongings with respect. They came prepared with extra packing supplies like tape/boxes/blankets for big items. Overall good experience and very EZ move ;)

Comment : My family moved from Michigan to Japan and used EZ Moving and Storage. Our move went good, they packed everything up and had our stuff in storage on time. While living in Japan my experience with EZ Moving and Storage was good. After a little over a year away, we bought a house and moved our belongings from storage into our new home. Many of our items were broken. We took pictures and submitted a claims form. After not hearing anything for a month, we contacted the 2 girls that we had previously talked to and they never returned any of our emails or our phone calls. We just moved back from Japan and we are opening boxes with more damaged goods. The movers packed my kids kindles without protecting them. The kindles are broken, our surfboard is broken, the frame that held my sons birth announcement is broken, my deep freezer is full of mold, many of our photo frames are broken, 4 of our lamps are missing pieces to put them back together, etc Its been OVER 4 months and this company has NOT contacted us - DO NOT use this company They do NOT care about you or your stuff
